Microbaked Apples

Yummy and creamy sweet baked apples.
These are easy to make and taste great
if you use the correct type of apples.
Some apples turn to mush when baked
while others stay together and firm.
I like to use Ida Reds, Granny Smith's
or Golden Delicious apples for this.

Ingredients:
For each baked apple:
1 Baking apple
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter
a dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Wash apple and remove stem and seeds
creating a hole in apple to place in
the butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Place stuffed apple in a microsafe dish
and cook on high power for about 3 minutes.
Remove and let cool before serving.
